The benefits of dance for children are multifaceted. Dance is a great way to teach movement, flexibility, coordination, discipline, respect for others and also incorporates exercise into their day. It also teaches self-confidence and social skills.
We offer classes for all age groups and abilities with some attending for fun and others aiming for medal tests and competitions.

Classes are £7.00 per session on a pay as you go basis or
£6.00 when paying for a term in advance.
We offer several classes for Adults throughout the week and we have a fantastic group of experienced teachers who also teach private lessons for those keen to learn at a faster pace. These are a great way to brush up on technique if you are doing medals and especially great for couples who like to choreograph their first dance for their wedding!

Private lessons are £40 per hour for social / medallists and £35 for 45 minutes for competitive dancers
Once you have started to learn to dance then we offer plenty of opportunities to come and try out your new skills and socialise! Every Thursday afternoon we host a tea dance in St Paul’s whilst every Friday after the class we run a social dance. We usually have at least two teachers present at these events so everyone will get a dance!
